Boxscore
The Stockton field hockey team fell short in a 3-2 overtime loss to Albright in a non-conference road game. The Ospreys rallied from an early 2-0 deficit on goals by Aimee Rendine (West Milford/West Milford) and Dawn D’Orazio (Gibbsboro/Eastern), but Albright foiled the comeback in the first overtime period. Stockton goalkeeper Caitlin Nolan (Riverside/Holy Cross) registered six saves.

Albright scored twice in the first 22 minutes for a 2-0 lead. Rendine trimmed Stockton’s deficit to one goal with a tally assisted by Alison Capelli (Mt. Holly/ Rancocas Valley) just 1:17 before halftime and the Ospreys trailed 2-1 at intermission. Just 3:34 into the second half, D’Orazio tied the game at 2-2 with an assist by Kristen Woodrow (West Deptford/West Deptford). The teams combined for 21 penalty corners in the second half, but neither squad could capitalize on its opportunities and overtime ensued. Albright connected for the game-winning goal 5:25 into the first OT to deal Stockton the 3-2 loss.
