Boxscore Price-Perry hit two three-pointers and scored a total of 10 points as Stockton jumped out to a 17-4 lead in the first nine minutes. The margin grew to 21 points at 28-7 after a pair of free throws by Sciarrillo with 7:21 on the first-half clock, and the Ospreys held a 36-22 advantage at intermission. Price-Perry led all scorers with 10 points and Neumann shot just 5-33 (15.2%) in the period. Stockton led by double digits for all but six seconds of the second half, including a 20-point bulge on three occasions. A jumper by Nelson put the Ospreys up 49-29 with 14:28 to play and they coasted down the stretch. Neumann briefly closed the gap to nine points with 1:04 remaining, but Nelson responded with two free throws at the 58-second mark and Stockton closed out the 71-59 triumph. |
