Richard Stockton senior Abad Akhtar (Brigantine/Atlantic City) won the Delaware Valley Invitational for the second consecutive year (26:26.11) to lead the Osprey men to a fourth-place finish out of 22 teams. Akhtar won the 8k race by 18 seconds for his eighth career victory. Robyn Evangelist (Northfield/Mainland) finished sixth individually (24:16.61) to pace the Stockton women to fifth place out of 18 teams in the 6k race.

Matt Ardelean (Margate/Atlantic City) finished 15th (28:01.68) for the Ospreys, followed shortly by Alex Bruno (Voorhees/ Eastern) in 18th place (28:25.19) and Jim Codianni (Medford/ Shawnee) in 19th place (28:25.41). For the Stockton women, freshman Morgan Sinclair (Chadds Ford, PA/Unionville) finished 33rd in her first college race (25:55.97) and Katherine Rudy (Bound Brook/Bound Brook) crossed the line 40th overall (26:18.99).
