Richard Stockton (8-4) topped Lycoming (5-6) 69-59 to finish with a split at Lycoming’s Hoops for Hounds Classic. Aspen Price-Perry (Lindenwold/Lindenwold) went 3-4 from three-point range and scored a game-high 20 points to lead the Ospreys. Price-Perry was named to the All-Tournament Team. Stockton finished second at the four-team tournament.

LaTonya Oliver (West Berlin/Overbrook) notched her fourth double-double of the season with 14 points and 17 rebounds, and she also registered five blocks. Oliver’s 17 boards were a Hoops for Hounds Classic record. Che’Na Thompson (Salem/ Salem) also reached double figures with 13 points for the Ospreys, who shot 53.1 percent from the field in the victory.

Thompson netted two early baskets to spark the Ospreys to a 9-2 start in the first three minutes. Price-Perry and Thompson later scored four points apiece as Stockton broke the game open with a 12-3 run that resulted in a 26-15 first-half lead. The Ospreys led 34-23 at the break behind eight points by Thompson.

In the second half, Stockton’s advantage grew to 12 first on a three-pointer by Price-Perry with 14:57 remaining and again on a free throw by Oliver with 9:29 on the clock. The Ospreys, who never trailed in the game, led by at least eight for the last nine minutes and earned a split at the Hoops for Hounds Classic with the 69-59 triumph.
