| Stockton Teams Each 17th at Fordham Invitational | ||||

Abad Akhtar Michelle Barile The Stockton men’s and women’s cross country teams each finished 17th among NCAA Division I, II and III competition at the Fordham Invitational. The Ospreys registered a team score of 503 in the men’s race and 480 in women’s competition. Abad Akhtar (Atlantic City/Atlantic City) paced the Stockton men’s team, finishing 93rd with a time of 29:15 while Michelle Barile (Oak Ridge/Jefferson Twp.) was the top female runner for the Ospreys, also placing 93rd with a time of 21:42.
Emily Peregrin (South Plainfield/Koinonia Academy) crossed the line in 21:59 for 108th place, followed by freshman Robyn Evangelist (Northfield/Mainland) who finished 122nd in her first college race with a mark of 22:25. For the Stockton men’s team, Joe Ennis (West Windsor/WW-Plainsboro South) posted a time of 29:47 for 113th place and Pat Collins (Blackwood/Highland) finished 156th with a time of 31:22. |
