Boxscore
Richard Stockton (18-12, 4-8 NJAC) downed Rutgers-Camden (10-18, 1-11 NJAC) for the second straight day in thrilling fashion. Mike Bush’s (Manahawkin/Southern) squeeze bunt in the bottom of the 11th inning gave the Ospreys a 5-4 win.

The Scarlet Raptors scored first as they pushed across a run in the top of the first inning. Stockton then scored twice in the fourth to take a 2-1 lead. Mike Ficcaro (Elmira, NY/Elmira) squeezed home Nick Scalise (Northfield/Mainland) and Dan McGuckin’s (Sicklerville/Winslow Twp.) grounder scored Shawn Kessler (Bayville/Central Regional).

In the fifth inning, Jason Gordon (Brick Twp./Brick Memorial) singled and Travis Marra (Toms River/TR East) hit a two-run homer to left to make it 4-1 Stockton in support of starting pitcher Gage Mick (Bridgeton/Cumberland). Mick threw the first eight innings, scattering seven hits and allowing just one run. In the ninth inning, Rutgers-Camden scored three runs on two hits and three walks to force extra frames.

The game stayed deadlocked until the bottom of the 11th when McGuckin singled and advanced to second on a wild pitch. Gerard Heininger (Jackson/Jackson Liberty) sacrificed him to third and Bush pushed a perfectly executed bunt toward first base to score McGuckin with the game-winner. Sean Salsano (Brick/Brick) picked up the win with two scoreless innings of relief pitching.
