The Richard Stockton women’s cross country team finished 11th out of 41 teams while the Osprey men’s squad placed 16th out of 45 teams in the DeSales University Invitational.

Morgan Sinclair (Chadds Ford, PA/Unionville) was the top performer for Stockton, finishing 17th out of a whopping 424 runners in the women’s race with a 6K time of 24:38.01.

Nikki Stratton (Stratford/Sterling) placed 73rd at 25:55.46, followed by Laura Warren (Bellmawr/Triton) in 93rd place with a time of 26:07.71. Nicole Salge (Spotswood/ Spotswood) crossed the finish line at the 26:29.79 mark for 109th place.

Joe Ennis (West Windsor/WW Plainsboro South) was the top Stockton runner in the men’s race as he finished 72nd in an even bigger field of 448 entrants with a time of 28:07.29 for five miles.

Alex Bruno (Voorhees/Eastern) was little more than a second behind, placing 75th in 28:08.99. Jim Codianni (Medford/Shawnee) earned 102nd place with a time of 28:35.69 and Mitchell Berlin (Cherry Hill/CH West) was 112th at 28:40.85.
