The Stockton women’s cross country team placed sixth out of 18 squads while the Osprey men’s team finished 14th out of 20 squads at the DeSales Invitational.  Meredith Malloy (Hamilton/Hamilton West) led the Ospreys with a runner-up finish in the women’s race (23:05.91), marking the fourth time this season that she has placed in the top five of a race.  Jim Codianni (Medford/Shawnee) was the top male runner for Stockton, placing 40th overall (28:46.27).

Robyn Evangelist (Northfield/Mainland) finished 25th in the women’s race (25:07.62), one spot ahead of Laura Daniels (Cherry Hill/Cherokee), who placed 26th (25:10.92) out of 145 competitors.  Jim Karwacki (Florence/Florence) was the second Stockton finisher in the men’s race, placing 84th in the 180-runner field (30:12.23).  Ryan Dean (Hamilton Square/Steinert) finished 104th (30:52.54) for the Ospreys.
