Ninth-ranked Richard Stockton (22-2, 11-1) extended its season-best winning streak to 10 games and clinched homecourt advantage for the duration of the NJAC tournament with a 65-55 victory over Rowan (11-12, 4-7). Kai Massaquoi (Lawnside/ Haddon Hts.) tied his career high with 17 points and also tallied eight rebounds, five assists and three blocks in a superb overall performance.

Santini Lancioni (Runnemede/Paul VI) went 5-9 from three-point range for 15 points and also dished a game-high six assists. Omar Smith (Newark/Central) scored 11 points while Jerome Hubbard (Neptune/ Neptune) finished with 10 points and a game-high nine rebounds for the Ospreys.

After Rowan took a 14-7 lead, Lancioni keyed a 19-4 surge with nine points and Hubbard added five as the Ospreys roared ahead 26-18. The Profs closed within 26-23 before Stockton reeled off eight consecutive points for a 34-23 advantage after a tip-in by Massaquoi. The Ospreys later led 36-27 at the break, led by Massaquoi with 10 points.

Rowan got as close as four (38-34) in the second half, but Stockton responded with a seven-point burst that resulted in a 45-34 lead with 13:22 to play. The Ospreys used a 15-3 run to take their biggest lead of the game at 63-40 on a layup by Chad Davis (Millville/ Sacred Heart) with 6:28 remaining. Although, Stockton did not score in the final five minutes, the Ospreys coasted to their 10th straight win, 65-55.
