The Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate program prepares individuals to apply quantitative and qualitative knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to manage projects in a wide range of fields and occupations. The course includes instruction in project planning, risk management, cost and time management, contracts and procurement, accounting, statistics, decision making, and human resources, and prepares students to sit for the PMP Certification exam.

*Faculty: K. Sid Leung, MS, is the President of Spectrum Software Technology, Inc. He has managed major projects for Boeing, the Federal Aviation Administration, Wyeth-Ayerst Pharmaceuticals, DuPont, and other major business entities. Mr. Leung received his Ms degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and brings years of real world experience in Project Management as well as his PMP certification and teaching experience. Mr. Leung's awards for his Project Management and team leading expertise include the NASA Turning Goals Into Reality (TGIR) Team Award, the NASA Group Achievement Award, the Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA) Industrial Team Award, and the CSC Team Technical Excellence Award.
