Instructor:
Nestor Smith has been a practicing attorney since 2002. A graduate of Quinnipaic College School of Law, Mr. Smith is civil litigator who concentrates his practice in Corporate and Business law as well as Creditors’ Rights and collections.
Mr. Smith has been an adjunct professor with The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey since 2009. At Stockton, Mr. Smith teaches Sciences Speech, Argument & Persuasion as well as Law and Social Control within the School of Social & Behavioral Sciences. Mr. Smith’s institutional evaluations are routinely exceptional and his teaching methodologies have received favorable reviews within national blogs.
Over the years, Mr. Smith has informally provided LSAT support to numerous students and assisted them , successfully, in their LSAT preparation. He is well versed in the preparation and readiness necessary for the LSAT. Mr. Smith welcomes the opportunity to continue his service to the College by assisting students and their goal of entering law school.
