The Office of the Registrar, located in D-121, is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The Office of the Registrar is closed on holidays and on Fridays from the end of May through the end of August.

REGISTRATION INFORMATON
Matriculated students (students who have been formally accepted to the college and are working toward a degree) may register for classes, view their account, make payment, request transcripts, perform other student related activities and view important dates through goStockton.
Students who are not pursuing a degree may register for courses as a non-matriculated student without formally applying to the college. Non-matriculated students may take up to 24 credits in undergraduate courses(no more than 8 in a semester) or up to 6 credits graduate courses. Complete and submit the appropriate Non-Matriculated Registration form to the Registrar's Office. Please refer to the academic calendar for non-matriculated registration dates.

GRADUATION APPLICATION
Students may only apply in the term in which all degree requirements will be met. (Click here for additional information regarding the graduation application process.)

Important information regarding immunization, health insurance requirements, and access to the Electronic Applicatin and Waiver form.

TRANSCRIPTS
Current students may access their unofficial transcripts, request an official transcript and check the status of a transcript request from the Registration Tools box on the Student Services tab in goStockton. STUDENT ENROLLMENT/DEGREE VERIFICATION
Obtain official certification reports regarding enrollment status and/or degree verification for lenders, insurance companies, employers, etc. All verifications are official and do not require further institutional signature or seal.
