Welcome

The physical plant of The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey consists of approximately 75 buildings comprising more than one million square feet. The buildings and structures are valued at over $50 million and house several million dollars worth of moveable equipment. The campus consists of more than 1,600 acres of oak/pine woodland, of which 250 acres are intensely maintained.
It takes the combined efforts and ingenuity of approximately 140 full-time Plant Management personnel working around the clock to keep the College facilities and grounds in good condition.
As a service organization, Plant Management is involved with the life of the College, from the relatively simple repair of a leaking faucet to the complex construction of a new building.

This website is designed to acquaint the College community with the Plant Management Department and its various services. As members of the College community, your comments and suggestions are always welcome as we plan for better ways to serve you.
