Welcome
The physical plant of The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey consists of more than 75 buildings on a 1600 acre campus. In addition, it requires the combined efforts and ingenuity of approximately 181 full time personnel and another 30 seasonal employees to keep the College facilities in top conditions.
As a service organization, the Office of Plant Management & Housing Maintenance is involved with the life of the College, from the relatively simple repair of a leaking faucet to the complex mechanical structures within our buildings. Our staff strives to provide a clean, safe and sanitary environmental for the College community and general public.
