Engagement

Our concept of engagement is broad and includes the intellectual involvement of students with deep learning and the co-curricular, and community activities of students, faculty, staff, and administrators on the campus and in the wider community through active civic work.  We aim to create meaningful opportunities for Stockton stakeholders to develop personally by supporting engagement and reflection.

Draft Objectives that support this theme:

S3 - Establish Stockton values as integral to the lives of students, faculty, staff, alumni, community.

S4 - Prepare students for active citizenship roles

S5 – Create mutually reinforcing intellectual and co-curricular experiences

ER 1- Develop faculty and staff skills to support high-value learning, engagement, global education and sustainability

ER3 – Foster an interactive environment among students, faculty, staff and community

ER4 - Increase opportunities for interactions between internal and external communities

IP1 – Strengthen internal processes to support high-value learning, engagement, global education and sustainability

RS1 – Establish additional revenue sources

RS2 – Reduce expenses

RS3– Align resources to support the strategic plan
