Deadlines & Important Dates

Spring 2014:

  • The payment due date for pre-registered (continuing) undergraduate students is January 6, 2014.
  • The payment due date for NEW (this term) freshmen/transfer undergraduate students is January 21, 2014. 
  • The due date for graduate/doctoral students is January 21, 2014.
  • The deadline to Submit a Spring 2014 Health Insurance Waiver is February 21, 2014.  After this date all full-time students who HAVE NOT completed the Electronic Health Insurance Waiver will be responsible for paying for the College Health Insurance Plan.
  • The deadline to Cancel or Switch your Spring 2014 Meal Plan is February 11, 2014.
  • The deadline to drop Spring 2014 courses with a 100% refund is January 28, 2014.
  • The deadline to drop Spring 2014 courses with a 50% refund is February 10, 2014.
  • The deadline to withdraw from a Spring 2014 course with a "W" grade (NO REFUND) is April 9, 2014.
  • The deadline to apply for Spring 2014 graduation with no late charge is February 1, 2014.
  • The FINAL deadline to apply for Spring 2014 graduation (a late charge will be assessed) is April 9, 2014.

Fall 2013:

  • The payment due date for pre-registered (continuing) undergraduate students is July 15, 2013.
  • The payment due date for NEW (this term) freshmen/transfer undergraduate students is August 15, 2013. 
  • The due date for graduate/doctoral students is September 4, 2013.
  • The deadline to Submit a Fall 2013 Health Insurance Waiver is October 4, 2013.  After this date all full-time students who HAVE NOT completed the Electronic Health Insurance Waiver will be responsible for paying for the College Health Insurance Plan.
  • The deadline to Cancel or Switch your Fall 2013 Meal Plan is September 24, 2013.

  • The deadline to drop Fall 2013 courses with a 50% refund is September 24, 2013.

  • The deadline to apply for Fall 2013 graduation with no late charge is October 1, 2013.
  • The FINAL deadline to apply for Fall 2013 graduation (a late charge will be assessed) is November 13, 2013.

Summer 2013:

  • The payment due date for undergraduate students who pre-registered (December through mid-April) is May 1, 2013.  On-going registrations throughout the summer require payment upon registering and/or enrollment in a payment plan (requires a payment at enrollment).
  • The payment due date for graduate/doctoral students is the first day of class.
