Mission
The mission of the Richard Stockton University Art Gallery is to encourage
serious inquiry and diverse audience participation from the college, local, and regional communities by providing a variety of contemporary and historical art exhibitions and related programming in support of the Visual Arts curriculum.

Goals
The Art Gallery goals include providing students, staff, faculty, area
schools, artists, and the community-at-large with an opportunity to experience contemporary and historical art exhibitions and related programming of the highest quality.  We endeavor to present exhibitions in a variety of media representing a wide range of stylistic, philosophical, and cultural approaches, and to exhibit nationally recognized artists as well as those known at the regional or local level. The Art Gallery is an extension of Stockton's Visual Arts curriculum, and exhibitions are chosen that extend and enhance that curriculum.

Procedures
The Stockton University Art Gallery operates under the
direction of the Visual Arts Program at Stockton University. Decisions regarding exhibitions are made by the Art Gallery Committee, and exhibitions are planned at least one year in advance. Daily gallery operations are managed by Denise McGarvey, Art Gallery Exhibition Coordinator. Exhibition proposals may be sent to Ms. McGarvey using the contact information below:
