Vendor Portal: Bidding & Requests for Proposals - Login

 

The Vendor Portal provides users with the following features and functionality:

  • Access public Bidding and Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities
  • Electronically submit bids and proposals
  • View electronically submitted bids and proposals
  • Receive email notifications for public advertisements and Addenda
  • Update Vendor information

 

Vendors have the ability to select from a list of Commodities that best reflect their business type and what services and/or materials they provide. If applicable, more than one commodity may be selected. When the University issues a Bid or RFP matching at least one commodity selected by the Vendor, an automatic notification will be sent to the registered email address. Vendors can modify selected commodity code(s) and other information by logging in and choosing the "Update Vendor Information" option.

 

This service does not guarantee notification of all applicable Bidding or RFP opportunities. To ensure you are aware of all advertisements, Vendors are encouraged to frequently log into the Vendor Portal to review available opportunities.
