The primary medium for communications regarding these RFP'S shall be via the internet. The RFP, Required Forms, Addendums, Questions and Answers can, in most cases, be accessed on the website. It is the responsibility of the Respondent to monitor the website for any changes, additions, clarifications, cancellations, etc. as related to these RFP'S.

All questions must be received in writing by email or Fax to rfp-purchasing@stockton.edu / Fax # (609)626-3801) in the Purchasing Department by the deadline posted in the RFP/bid. Respondents must have no verbal communication with any University Personnel, Architects, Engineers or Consultants on the RFP/Bid prior to the RFP/Bid opening.

Asbestos Sampling Plan

Project Description:

The University seeks proposals to develop and implement a Comprehensive Asbestos Sampling Plan, for all remaining Stockton owned buildings not previously sampled (including off-campus facilities), in accordance with the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA, 40 CFR 763, Subpart E).

Barlow Parking Improvement Phase 3

Project Description:

The Base Bid Project consists of the construction of a 343-space gravel parking lot on Block 875.04, Lot 1.01 owned by Stockton University located along Delaware Avenue in the Township of Galloway, Atlantic County, New Jersey. As indicated in the construction documents, work includes elements such as tree clearing, topsoil stripping, retention basin excavation, exterior lighting, landscaping, gravel paving and storm sewers. The Bid Add Alternate #1 consists of the construction of two (2) 4-inch diameter Communication Pathways within Delaware Avenue. As indicated in the construction documents, work includes elements such as communication manholes and handholes, open cut excavation and horizontal direction drilling, and pavement restoration.

Curtailment Service Provider

Project Description:

The University seeks the services of a Curtailment Service Provider (CSP) to manage the University's participation in the Pennsylvania Jersey Maryland ("PJM") Regional Transmission Organization ("RTO") Demand Response Program. The PJM RTO is responsible for overseeing and operating the electric grid for a large portion of the Mid-Atlantic and northeastern United States, including New Jersey.

  • As Parking and traffic can be congested at times please plan to arrive early enough for any scheduled pre-bid meetings or bid submissions.
  • Parking on campus is available to commuters in Lots #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, 2 rows in #7(nearest N-Wing), North Lot, and the North Athletic Fields on Pomona Road.
  • Campus citations will be issued to non-residential vehicles parked in the residential lots.
  • We ask all non-residential community members that if you cannot find a parking space in Lots #1 through #7, please utilize the North Lot or the North Athletic Fields on Pomona Road (if North Lot is full and Campus Police are directing cars there) and take the Stockton Shuttle to the main campus.
