Stockton University, New Jersey’s distinctive public university, is committed to providing students, especially those from the Hammonton area, with a top-quality education at an affordable cost.
With your help, Stockton’s Kramer Hall instructional site in Hammonton, and additional scholarship funds, students will earn their Stockton degrees and make their dreams of a college education a reality.
Stockton boasts more than 8,000 highly qualified undergraduate and graduate students in a variety of majors encompassing the arts, sciences and professional studies. Many of these students are your friends and neighbors — in the fall 2013 academic semester, more than 220 students lived in the Hammonton area. These students are proud of Hammonton, proud of Stockton and would significantly benefit from your support.
The Hammonton Scholarship Endowment
We want to raise at least $100,000 in new gifts to create The Hammonton Scholarship Endowment, providing scholarships to students from the greater Hammonton area. Once the initial goal is met, the endowed scholarship will provide an annual award of approximately $4,000 which will continue in perpetuity.
To display its commitment to Hammonton, and to encourage continued private support, the University will match those awards produced by the fund in an amount that will allow the total award from the scholarship fund and the University to equal at least $8,000.
Your gift to the Hammonton Scholarship Endowment will make a big impact, providing local students access to the educational opportunities that have always distinguished the Stockton experience. Stockton’s continued success depends on people like you.
