Classified Positions
The New Jersey Department of Personnel certification procedures govern the course of recruiting for classified vacancies. Interested eligible candidates from lateral and promotional lists generated within the College are considered first. Any questions regarding the recruitment process for classified employment should be directed to Human Resources.
Unclassified positions
Unclassified vacancies are filled by initiating a search through online postings, applicant files and advertisements. Recruitment of unclassified staff is governed by procedures approved by the Board of Trustees.
Applications for Classified positions may be obtained from the Office of Human Resources. Prospective candidates may complete the applications in person during the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM or may return the completed application by mail. Unclassified applicants will be expected to submit a resume or vitae along with three reference letters directly to the hiring manager named on the Job Vacancy list or advertisement. Resumes may also be e-mailed to employment@stockton.edu.
