Natalie is responsible for the human resource management program at the College. This includes recruitment, selection, promotional examination, position classification and labor relations for the classified employees of the College. She is also responsible for the health benefits, pension and employee training program for both classified and unclassified employees. She also prepares the Personnel Resolution for each Board of Trustees Meeting, and serves as the College representative to the New Jersey College and University Human Resource Directors.

Karen is responsible for the overall operation of the Office of Human Resources and the handling of issues presented on a daily basis. She also has oversight responsibility for all phases of OHR management in the classified area of employment, training and development and accountability for vital personnel records. Karen performs position classification audits and is the contact person for foreign national faculty members needing assistance with immigration issues. In addition, she works closely with representatives of the Communication Workers of America (CWA), the International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers (IFPTE), and the Police Benevolent Association (PBA) in resolving disputes and grievances.

Kathy is responsible for health, dental and prescription Employee Benefits Programs including coordination of unpaid leave of absences. She assists the Dir. of Human Resources in reviewing and evaluating the State's benefits program and its implementation and administration. Additionally, she assists with the coordination of the Board of Trustees Personnel Resolutions.

Gene is responsible for assessing the staff development needs of the College, providing appropriate training initiatives to address those needs, and capturing training related data. In addition, he helps enhance organizational performance through customized training program design, facilitating team building sessions and assisting in the business planning process. Gene is also responsible for content administration of the employee tab of the goStockton Portal. He is also responsible for asssiting in the design and delivery of the College's environmental, safety and health training program.

Donna is the assistant to the Director of Human Resources and oversees the OHR clerical staff. She is responsible for processing and tracking PACT forms which are received on a daily basis from all divisional offices.

Sharon is responsible for the employment, recruitment, reclassification and promotional function of classified staff. In addition, she is the worker's compensation liason for all employees. She is also responsible for leave of absence requests for classified staff.

Brenda assists the Assistant Director of Health Benefits, Pensions and Payroll with employee concerns regarding health benefits, pension reporting, employment verifications and assisting employees with health benefits during leaves. In addition, Brenda assists with personnel processing of management review files and special projects as assigned.

As a member of the HRIS team, Melissa examines employee data and assists in maintaining an accurate Banner database. She also updates information regarding classified employees in the state Personnel Maintenance Information System and ensures that PMIS data corresponds to what exists in Banner.

Joe oversees the Payroll Operations of the College, including processing of payrolls, maintenance of third party regulations and pension adjustments. He ensures compliance with federal, state, local and Social Security Administration laws and regulations. In addition, Joe modifies and corrects all pension reports to meet New Jersey Division of Pensions' standards. In coordination with Computer Services, Joe maintains monthly, quarterly, fiscal year and calendar year-end reports.

As a team leader for HRIS and data custodian, Jo-Anna is responsible for an array of OHR reports, which include internal and external union reports, American Association of University Professors (AAUP), Integrated Postsecondary Education Data Systems (IPEDS), CUPA and the Affirmative Action surveys. She provides technical assistance to OHR and Payroll staff on a variety of HRIS related issues.

Pat is responsible for processing classified employment. In addition to assigned tasks, she maintains the medical files and assists in processing leave forms and doctor notes. She works with the computer services, assisting in entering new employee email addresses into the Banner system, and is also responsible for maintaining the on-line Faculty/Staff Directory.
Dawn Channell, Support Staff

Dawn acts as the receptionist for the Office of Human Resources. She is responsible for tracking and cataloging all incoming correspondence and forms. Dawn is responsible for general office filing and communicating constituent needs and directing employees to the appropriate OHR function. She also processes furlough requests, change of address forms, etc. She is the assistant to the Associate Director of Human Resources and works on special assignments as indicated by all HR managers.

Johana is the Certifying Officer of The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. As the Certifying Officer, she is responsible for the accuracy and validity of all documents and forms sent to the Division of Pensions and Benefits. She assists the Assistant Director with the daily management of the state employee healthe benefits and pensions.

Celestine coordinates the administration of the Board of Trustees Personnel Resolutions including Board documents and employment contracts. Additionally, she processes tuition waivers and reimbursements as well as, assisting the Assistant Director of Health Benefits, Pensions and Payroll.

Joyce works as part of the HRIS team and functions as HRIS/employee liaison in preparing various notifications related to database issues. A major part of her job is to verify information in Banner and update employee information in the Banner system.
