Richard Stockton (2-2) snapped a two-game losing skid with a 19-10 home victory over Neumann (1-5). Josh Dybus (Lyndhurst/St. Peter’s Prep) continued his torrid scoring with seven goals and two assists. Dybus now has 21 goals on the season. Mike Velez (Barnegat/Barnegat) chipped in with three goals and three assists and Matt Bologno (Glen Gardner/Voorhees) added three scores.

Matt Bell (Jackson/Jackson), returning from injury, added two goals on the night. Stockton goalkeeper Pete Marcelliano (Morristown/West Morris Mendham) made 11 saves against seven goals allowed in 48:15 between the posts in picking up the victory.

After a 3-3 first period, Stockton broke open the match in the second stanza. The Ospreys outscored Neumann 8-1 in the period as Dybus, Bologno and Velez accounted for six of the goals. Stockton led 11-4 at the break and kept the pressure on Neumann throughout the second half. Bell capped a three-goal outburst with a tally that put the Ospreys ahead 17-7 with 4:29 remaining in the game, and they coasted to the 19-10 win.
