Richard Stockton (4-1) absorbed its first loss of the season as the Ospreys fell to Arcadia (3-2) 2-1 at the Drew University Fall Festival. Leah Pocoroba (Galloway/Holy Spirit) scored Stockton’s lone goal on an early penalty kick. Stockton goalkeeper Maria Dorris (Mantua/Clearview) made one save in the first 28:20 before Brittney Boyle (Pemberton/ Pemberton) entered the game and posted four stops the rest of the way.

Arcadia took the early with a goal following a corner kick just 2:03 into the game. Pocoroba converted a penalty kick at the 15:08 mark for her fifth goal in five games this season. Pocoroba scored once in each of Stockton’s first five matches. Just over six minutes later, Arcadia scored on a free kick to give the Knights a 2-1 edge. Arcadia made the one-goal advantage stand up for the last 68 minutes, limiting Stockton to just two shots on goal in the match and defeating the Ospreys 2-1.
