Richard Stockton (0-4) came up a little short, falling 1-0 at Albright (2-2) in the Ospreys’ third road game of the early season. Stockton goalkeeper Debi O’Kane (Cologne/ Absegami) made nine saves in the contest, but Albright’s lone goal proved to be the difference as the Ospreys were shut out for the first time this year.

The game remained scoreless until midway through the second half when Lady Lions broke through for the game-winner. The team statistics for the game were nearly even, with Albright holding slight edges of 12-10 in shots and 8-7 in penalty corners. Susie Balidemaj (Hamilton/Hamilton East) led the Ospreys with three shots but Stockton could not connect for a goal in the 1-0 defeat.
