Richard Stockton (4-4-2, 0-3-1 NJAC) was overwhelmed 5-0 by 11th-ranked and undefeated Rowan (8-0-1, 4-0), extending the Ospreys’ winless streak to six games (0-4-2). Maria Dorris (Mantua/Clearview) started the game in goal for Stockton and made three saves in the first half. Freshman goalkeeper Sarah Hinkle (Mulica Hill/Paul VI) made her college debut in the second half and registered five saves for the Ospreys.

Rowan took the early lead with a goal on a penalty kick only 5:01 after the opening kickoff. The Profs added a second tally at 25:49 and took a commanding 3-0 lead just 1:11before halftime. Rowan tacked on two more goals in the second half for the 5-0 final. Stockton played without leading scorer Leah Pocoroba (Galloway/Holy Spirit) and 2009 NJAC Midfielder of the Year Shelley Gibney (Shamong/Seneca) due to injury and illness respectively.
