Leah Pocoroba (Galloway/Holy Spirit) scored on a breakaway with just 1:17 remaining to snap a 2-2 tie and lift Richard Stockton (5-4-2) to a 3-2 victory over Gwynedd-Mercy (4-6-1). Shelley Gibney (Shamong/Seneca) and Samantha Bean (Manchester/Manchester Twp.) also scored goals for the Ospreys, who snapped a six-game winless slide. Freshman goalkeeper Sarah Hinkle (Mullica Hill/Paul VI) made one save for her first career win.

Gwynedd-Mercy jumped out to a 2-0 lead before Gibney scored an unassisted goal late in the first half to pull Stockton within 2-1. In the second half, Bean netted the tying goal, assisted by Jacque Becker (Hamilton/ Steinert), for a 2-2 count. The match remained tied until Pocoroba notched her seventh goal and third game-winner, both team highs, for the 3-2 Stockton victory.
