Richard Stockton (8-4-1) extended its unbeaten streak to five games (4-0-1) with a 2-1 victory over Alvernia (6-4-1). Stockton’s top two scorers combined to produce the game-winning goal with just 6:38 remaining in the match.

Rafael Duarte (Ocean City/Ocean City) received a feed from team assist leader Kyle Evans (Seaville/Ocean City) and booted his team-leading seventh goal of the season for the game-winner. Goalkeeper Tim Brett (Palmyra/Palmyra) earned the victory with three saves.

Earlier, Brennen Fitzsimmons (Neptune/Neptune) headed home a cross by Bryan Hutches (Haddon Twp./Haddon Twp.) with just four seconds remaining in the first half for a 1-0 Stockton lead. The Ospreys generated numerous scoring chances in the period before finally breaking through on Fitzsimmons’ third marker of the season. Alvernia got the equalizer 6:03 into the second half by heading in a loose ball for a 1-1 tie.
