Manhattanville took an early 1-0 lead just 3:14 into the contest but Balidemaj answered for Stockton at the 9:23 mark, deflecting home a shot by White for her team-high sixth goal of the season. Manhattanville wasted little time regaining the lead as the Valiants scored just 37 seconds later for a 2-1 advantage. Manhattanville added a third marker later in the first half for a 3-1 advantage at intermission.

In the second half, Stockton was unsuccessful with a five-minute man-advantage on a yellow card. The Ospreys’ best chance to cut into the deficit came later on a shot by Megan Irving (Oaklyn/Collingswood) that was denied on a defensive save. Manhattanville tacked on a late goal with 4:52 remaining for the 4-1 final score.
