Boxscore
Richard Stockton (0-11, 0-3 NJAC) surrendered one goal in each half as William Paterson (4-8, 1-2) edged the Ospreys 2-1 in an NJAC home game. Freshman Susie Balidemaj (Hamilton/Hamilton East) scored her sixth consecutive goal for the Ospreys, dating back to September 18. No other Stockton player has scored since Balidemaj’s run of goals began when she netted the team’s final marker against Dickinson six games ago.

Balidemaj gave Stockton a 1-0 lead with her team-high seventh goal of the season, unassisted 14:17 into the game. The Pioneers tied the match later in the first half at 25:21 and contest was deadlocked 1-1 at the break.

William Paterson struck for the game-winner just 4:40 into the second half. Stockton pressed for the tying goal late in the game but was denied, including a pad save by the WPU goalie on a blast by Megan Irving (Oaklyn/Collingswood) with just over a minute remaining in the 2-1 defeat. Goalkeeper Debi O’Kane (Cologne/Absegami) made eight saves for the Ospreys.
