Richard Stockton (10-6-2, 4-3-1 NJAC) clinched fourth place in the NJAC and a home game in the first round of the conference tournament with a 2-0 win over Montclair State (6-8-3, 2-5-1). Freshman goalkeeper Sarah Hinkle (Mullica Hill/ Paul VI) earned her second consecutive shutout with three saves while Jessica McQuillen (Tabernacle/Seneca) and Dailey Todd (Millville/Millville) scored one goal apiece.

Stockton took advantage of a failed clearing attempt to score its first goal. The ball caromed off a defender and McQuillen capitalized by netting her fourth goal of the season to put the Ospreys ahead 1-0 at the 16:52 mark.

The slim lead lasted until well into the second half before Todd gave Stockton some breathing room with her fifth marker of the year at 75:45. The sophomore ran onto a through ball off the foot of Kiera Hines (Deptford/Deptford) and scored on a shot inside the left post for the 2-0 count.
