The Stockton volleyball team suffered its second consecutive five-set loss as the Ospreys fell to Muhlenberg 27-30, 30-22, 32-30, 24-30, 16-14. Christine Aletras (Ridgewood/ Ridgewood) led Stockton with team highs of 49 assists and 29 digs. Audrey O’Donnell (Bogota/Immaculate Heart) slammed a team-best 20 kills and also scooped 21 digs while Nicole Williams (Williamstown/Williamstown) finished with 10 kills and 17 digs.

The match went back and forth, with Stockton winning the first game 30-27 before dropping the next two and facing a two-games-to-one deficit. The Ospreys won the fourth set 30-24 to extend the match to a winner-take-all fifth game. Stockton had match point at 14-13, but Muhlenberg rallied by winning three consecutive points to defeat the Ospreys.
