Defending NJAC champion Stockton swept Rowan 30-18, 30-15, 30-21 in the conference volleyball opener for both teams. Audrey O’Donnell (Bogota/Immaculate Heart) led the Ospreys with a match-high 11 kills and Nicole Williams (Williamstown/Williamstown) contributed eight kills and six digs. Stockton setter Christine Aletras (Ridgewood/ Ridgewood) dished 26 assists in the match.

Stockton reeled off six consecutive points to open up a 24-14 lead en route to a 30-18 victory in game one. The Ospreys scored nine of the final 10 points of the middle game to cruise to a 30-15 victory. Rowan opened up a 15-11 lead in the third game, but Stockton battled back and eventually took control with a nine-point run. Eight of the points came with Williams serving, and the run resulted in an insurmountable 24-17. From there Stockton completed the sweep, 30-21.
