Stockton Women Second, Men Third in CTC Championships

Results
The Richard Stockton women’s track & field team finished second while the men's squad placed third in the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Championships at DeSales University. The Ospreys won four women’s events and posted two victories and a first-place tie in men’s competition.

Robyn Evangelist (Northfield/Mainland) won the 1500m (4:50.78) and Laura Warren (Bellmawr/Triton) took the 3000m steeplechase (12:20.94).

Nikki Stratton (Stratford/Sterling) won the long jump (4.99m) and Mahogany Mitchell (Atlantic City/Atlantic City) captured the top spot in the hammer throw (46.45m).

Chris Collins (Manahawkin/Southern) won the 100m (11.35 seconds) and finished second in the 200m (22.87 seconds). Jack Stephenson (Woodbine/Ocean City) won the javelin (53.03m) and Ryan Mazzeo (Marmora/Ocean City) tied for first in the pole vault (3.95m).

Morgan Sinclair (Chadds Ford, PA/Unionville) finished second in the 10,000m (41:32.49) and Katherine Rudy (Bound Brook/Bound Brook) was second in the 400m hurdles (1:09.66). Amanda Williams (Williamstown/Williamstown) placed second in the high jump (1.58m) and the Ospreys also crossed the finish line second in the 4x100 (52.78 seconds) and 4x400 (4:09.28) relays.

On the men’s side, Jim Osenenko (West Creek/Pinelands) finished second in the high jump, Ben Hammond (Williamstown/Williamstown) placed second in the triple jump (14.03m) and Jose Ramos (Vineland/Vineland) was second behind Stephenson in the javelin throw (49.84m). Stockton also finished second in the 4x100 relay (44.33 seconds).
