Boxscore
The Stockton men’s soccer team tumbled from the undefeated ranks with a 3-1 home loss to Kean in the NJAC opener for both teams.  The defeat snapped a five-game unbeaten streak for the Ospreys, who have not held a lead at any point in their last two matches.  Freshman Rafael Duarte (Ocean City/Ocean City) scored the only goal for Stockton to extend his goal-scoring streak to the first six games of his college career.  Goalkeeper Matt Hart (Dayton/ South Brunswick) recorded three saves in the contest.

All of the scoring took place in the first half.  Kean grabbed an early 1-0 lead on a cross and header just 90 seconds after the start.  Stockton quickly tied the game at 1-1 on a penalty kick by Duarte three minutes later for his ninth goal in six matches.  Kean went ahead for good with a tally at 33:52 and added an insurance goal on a penalty kick with 48 seconds left in the first half.  Sean McCallum (Vineland/ Vineland) had a shot denied by a diving save at 51:56 and the Ospreys were defeated 3-1.
