Osprey Teams Each Win Stockton Quad

Results
The Richard Stockton men’s and women’s track & field teams each won the Stockton Quad on their home track at G. Larry James Stadium. The Ospreys defeated Farmingdale State, Lehman and Stevens in men’s and women’s competition. Stockton won 10 women’s events and seven men’s events.

Robyn Evangelist (Northfield/Mainland) led the Ospreys with victories in three events, the 400m (1:01.64), 800m (2:28.95) and 1500m (4:53.06).

Chris Collins (Manahawkin/Southern) won two men’s sprints, the 100m (11.23 seconds) and 200m (22.78 seconds), and also ran a leg of the 4x100 relay (44.03 seconds), which the Ospreys won.

Mahogany Mitchell (Atlantic City/Atlantic City) won two women’s field events for Stockton, the discus (32.91m) and hammer throw (43.95m).

Barbara Prokopiuk (Jackson/Jackson) won the 3000m steeplechase (11:55.09) and Morgan Sinclair (Chadds Ford, PA/Unionville) crossed the finish line first in the 5000m (19:28.83).

In women’s field events, Jill Shaner (Egg Harbor Twp./EHT) won the javelin (48.75m), Stephanie Fegan (Woodcliff Lake/Pascack Hills) took the shot put (11.18m) and Victoria Barden (Bayville/Central Regional) won the high jump (1.58m).

James Maloney (South Brunswick/South Brunswick) won the 800m (2:01.09) and Alex Bruno (Voorhees/Eastern) captured the 1500m (4:14.58). Kevin Miller (Mays Landing/ Oakcrest) won the discus (42.65m) and Jack Stephenson (Woodbine/Ocean City) prevailed in the javelin (58.17m).
