Richard Stockton (4-3, 2-2 NJAC) won five of the six singles matches on the way to a 6-3 victory over Rutgers-Newark (5-5, 1-4). Jaclyn Britton (Brick/Brick Memorial) led the Ospreys with victories in singles and doubles.
Britton and Slone Portner (Shamong/Seneca) gave Stockton its only doubles point with an 8-5 win. Britton then won her fifth consecutive singles match, 6-4, 6-1. Sam Koropchak (West Milford/West Milford) added her third straight victory, 6-1, 6-1.
Brittany Hall (Rancocas/Rancocas Valley) posted a 7-6 (7-1), 6-1 triumph, Scout Bauer (Haddon Twp./Haddon Twp.) won 6-2, 6-4 and Laura Church (Wall/Ranney School) closed out the Stockton victory with an 8-5 win. The Ospreys gave head coach Phil Birnbaum his 99th win in 11 seasons at Stockton.
