| Stockton Wins One of Three at Franklin & Marshall | ||
Stevens boxscore The Stockton volleyball team won one of its three matches in round-robin play at the Franklin & Marshall Scramble. The Ospreys began with a loss to Franklin & Marshall (30-14, 23-30, 17-30, 31-29, 15-13) and then edged Grove City (30-23, 26-30, 30-23, 24-30, 15-11) in their second consecutive five-set match. Stevens swept Stockton (30-19, 30-24, 30-22) in the final match for the Ospreys. Audrey O’Donnell (Bogota/Immaculate Heart) was selected to the All-Tournament Team.
O’Donnell led Stockton with three-match totals of 44 kills and 16 blocks. Christine Aletras (Ridgewood/Ridgewood) totaled 100 assists and 42 digs on the day. Amanda Burkart (Cresskill/Cresskill) slammed a team-high 23 kills against Franklin & Marshall and then added 20 kills in the victory over Grove City. |
