Sarah Hinkle

Boxscore

Richard Stockton (10-5-4) extended its winning streak to six games (4-0-2) with a 0-0 tie in a non-league match at Centenary (9-5-2).

The Ospreys outshot Centenary 20-5 and held a 7-1 advantage in corner kicks but still needed two key saves from goalkeeper Sarah Hinkle (Mullica Hill/Paul VI) to preserve the shutout.

Hinkle made a stop on a penalty kick in the second half and later denied a blast by the Cyclones in the first overtime.

Stockton also produced some scoring chances however Centenary goalie Megan Williams answered with two diving stops early in the game and six total saves to keep the Ospreys off the board.

Jess McQuillen (Tabernacle/Seneca) led Stockton with five shots followed by Kiera Hines (Deptford/Deptford) and Dailey Todd (Millville/Millville) with three apiece. Hinkle finished with three saves for her sixth shutout of the season. The 0-0 outcome was the third scoreless tie of the season for the Ospreys.
