The 22nd-ranked Stockton women’s soccer team scored an impressive 4-0 NJAC victory over New Jersey City.  The Ospreys got what proved to be the game-winning goal just 3:07 into the game from Marissa Weick (Barrington/ Haddon Heights) who scored the unassisted goal from 15-yards away for her first goal of the season.  Stockton grabbed a 2-0 lead on an unassisted goal by sophomore Laura O’Shea (Petersburg/Ocean City), her fourth of the year, at 27:48. 
 
The Ospreys also got goals from Katie Henderson (Williamstown/Williamstown) and freshman Shelley Gibney (Shamong/Seneca).  Freshman Leah Pocoroba (Galloway/Holy Spirit) added an assist on the Gibney goal to secure the 4-0 victory.  Goalkeeper Alex Rogers (Medford/Shawnee) started and played the entire first-half for the Ospreys.  Danielle Nettleton (Mount Laurel/Mount Laurel) and Melissa Stuhler (Williamstown/Williamstown), who made two saves, split the second half.
