The Stockton women’s soccer team scored three goals in the second half and defeated FDU-Florham 3-0 in a non-conference road game. Shelley Gibney (Shamong/ Seneca) led the Ospreys with a goal and an assist. Laura O'Shea (Petersburg/Ocean City) and Courtney Dougherty (Ocean City/Ocean City) scored one goal apiece while Sharon Davis (Burlington/Burlington Twp.) dished two assists in the game.

Starting goalkeeper Alex Rogers (Medford/Shawnee) made six saves in 72:40 before giving way to Danielle Nettleton (Mt.Laurel/Lenape) who made one stop in the combined shutout. Stockton erupted for all three goals in a span of 8:12 starting with the game-winner by Gibney at 47:03. O’Shea found the back of the net at 53:20 followed by Dougherty’s marker less than two minutes later at 55:15. The Ospreys outshot FDU-Florham 25-10 in the 3-0 victory.
