The Stockton men’s soccer team got a goal from Rafael Duarte (Ocean City/Ocean City) at 10:23 that proved to be the game-winner in the Ospreys’ 3-0 win over non-conference foe Manhattanville. The goal was the team-leading 13th on the season for Duarte. Goalkeeper Tim McKenna (Sewell/Gloucester Catholic) recorded the shutout and made three saves to earn his third win of the season.
The Ospreys went into halftime leading 1-0 and added to their advantage with a goal at 65:26 by A.J. Colubiale (Cape May/Lower Cape May) on a pass from Brett Ferron (Ridgewood/Don Bosco) to make it 2-0 in their favor. Freshman David Bianco (Clayton/Clayton) scored his first career goal on an assist from Seth McQuay (Montgomery, PA/Montgomery Area) at 82:46 to make it a 3-0 contest. |
