STOCKTON MEN 13TH, WOMEN 14TH AT DELAWARE |

The Richard Stockton men’s indoor track & field team finished 13th overall while the Osprey women’s team placed 14th in the Thomson Invitational at the University of Delaware. Among NCAA Division II/III squads, the Stockton women were eighth and the men were ninth. Morgan Sinclair (Chadds Ford, PA/Unionville) won the women’s 3000m (11:14.99) and teammate Laura Warren (Bellmawr/Triton) followed in second place (11:22.24). The Osprey quartet of Caitlyn Kozlowski (Hillsborough/ Hillsborough), Sara Bridge (Port Republic/Pilgrim Academy), Nicole Salge (Sportswood/Spotswood) and Rachel Carlson (Mullica Twp./Oakcrest) placed fourth in the 4x800 relay (10:51.49). Salge also was sixth in the mile run (5:33.36). Kevin Miller (Mays Landing/Oakcrest) led the Stockton men’s team, placing fourth in the shot put (14.07m). Khayriy Tilghman (Newark/Arts) finished fifth in the triple jump (11.92m) and tied for sixth in the high jump (1.79m). James Rivers (Barnegat/Barnegat) was sixth in the 3000m (9:18.93) and Alex Bruno (Voorhees/Eastern) finished seventh in the 1000m (2:40.97). Bruno, Rich O'Connor (Bloomfield/St. Peter's Prep), James Maloney (South Brunswick/South Brunswick) and Mitchell Berlin (Cherry Hill/CH West) were second in the 4x800 relay as well. |
