STOCKTON WOMEN 5TH, MEN 6TH IN NJAC CHAMPIONSHIPS

Results

The Richard Stockton women’s indoor track & field team finished fifth while the Osprey men’s squad placed sixth in the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships at historic New York Armory . The College of New Jersey men and Ramapo women won the NJAC Championships.

Ryan Mazzeo (Marmora/Ocean City) was the top performer for Stockton, placing second in the men’s pole vault (4.40m).

The quartet of Alex Bruno (Voorhees/Eastern), James Maloney (South Brunswick/ South Brunswick), Rich O’Connor (Bloomfield/St. Peter’s Prep) and Dillon Glasser (Mays Landing/ACIT) placed third in the men’s 4x800 relay (8:15.91).

Randy Faiges (Bayville/Central Regional) finished fourth in the men’s 5000m (15:56.43) and Kevin Miller (Mays Landing/Oakcrest) was fourth in the men’s weight throw (13.68m).

Morgan Sinclair (Chadds Ford, PA/Unionville) led the Stockton women’s team, finishing third in the 5000m (19:26.07) followed by Laura Warren (Bellmawr/Triton) in fourth place (19:31.24).

Melissa Yanucil (Bordentown/Bordentown) tied for fourth in the women’s high jump (1.48m).

Also for Stockton, Warren, Rachel Carlson (Mullica Twp./Oakcrest), Nicole Salge (Spotswood/ Spotswood) and Caitlyn Kozlowski (Hillsborough/Hillsborough) placed fourth in the women’s 4x800 relay (10:23.62).
