STOCKTON WINS TWICE IN BUSY DAY

FDU-Florham boxscore / Greenville boxscore

Richard Stockton (9-6) posted a pair of victories on a busy day in Hilton Head, defeating FDU-Florham and then Greenville (IL) by identical 9-0 scores. The Ospreys have now won three consecutive matches.

Krystle Bendijo (Egg Harbor Twp./EHT) and Laura Church (Wall/Ranney School) won 8-3 against FDU-Florham and 8-2 against Greenville.

Brittany Hall (Rancocas/Rancocas Valley) and Sam Koropchak (West Milford/West Milford) posted an 8-5 win in the first match and then an 8-1 rout. Jaclyn Britton (Brick/ Brick Memorial) and Slone Portner (Shamong/Seneca) won 8-1 and then 8-5.

Koropchak lost only one game in singles play, winning 6-0, 6-0 versus FDU-Florham and then 8-1 against Greenville. Bendijo posted a 6-1, 6-2 win against the Devils and an 8-0 shutout over Greenville. Hall prevailed 6-2, 6-1 and then 8-0 while Church won her two matches 6-2, 6-2 and 8-3.

Britton won 6-4, 6-1 against FDU-Florham and 8-1 versus Greenville. Scout Bauer (Haddon Twp./ Haddon Twp.) notched wins of 6-4, 2-6, 11-9 (super-tiebreaker) and 8-4. The singles matches against Greenville were shortened to eight-game pro sets due to time and daylight constraints.
