STOCKTON FINISHES SEASON AT ECAC CHAMPIONSHIPS

Seven Ospreys competed against the top performers from throughout the Northeast in the season-ending ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (NY).

The Stockton men's team tied for 47th with five points while the Osprey women's squad did not score in four events.

Two Ospreys earned men's team points at the meet. Freshman Tim Miller (Tuckerton/Pinelands) finished fifth in the high jump with his third-best effort in nine meets during his rookie year (1.96m). 

Kevin Miller (Mays Landing/Oakcrest) placed eighth in the javelin (54.79m) and 15th in discus (40.22m) as the only Osprey to qualify and compete in the ECAC Championships in two events.

Jack Stephenson (Ocean City/Ocean City) followed Miller by finishing ninth in the javelin (53.15m).

Nikki Stratton (Stratford/Sterling) was the top female for the Ospreys, placing ninth in the women's long jump (5.11m). Morgan Sinclair (Chadds Ford, PA/Unionville) posted a personal record and finished 13th in the 10,000m (39:18.22).

Bree Hudik (Bordentown/Bordentown) placed 18th in the discus with the second-best throw of her freshman year (35.20m). Fellow rookie Christine Eiserle (Jackson/Msgr. Donovan) was 21st in the javelin (34.48m) for Stockton.
