The Stockton field hockey team fell 8-0 to 11th-ranked Rowan in an NJAC match, dropping the Ospreys to 0-4 in the NJAC standings. Rowan built a 6-0 first half lead and never looked back, outshooting Stockton 30-1 in the game. Katie Mattsson (Brick/Brick Twp.) had the lone shot attempt and goalie Debi O’Kane (Cologne/Absegami) made 14 saves for the Ospreys. The loss was the fourth in a row for Stockton, which has three games remaining, including two against ranked opponents. |
