| Volleyball Wins a Pair at Neumann Tri-Match | ||
The Stockton volleyball team evened its overall record at 17-17 with a pair of wins in a tri-match at Neumann College. The Ospreys swept DeSales 30-27, 30-15, 30-19 and then topped Neumann 23-30, 30-27, 30-27, 30-16. Audrey O’Donnell (Bogota/Immaculate Heart) led Stockton in kills in each match. The Ospreys extended their winning streak to five with the two victories.
Against DeSales, O’Donnell tallied 19 kills and four blocks while Christine Aletras (Ridgewood/Ridgewood) finished with 47 assists and 16 digs. Amanda Burkart (Cresskill/Cresskill) slammed 17 kills and scooped 16 digs. O’Donnell notched 22 kills, 14 digs and seven blocks to lead Stockton past Neumann. Aletras contributed 44 assists and 28 digs while Burkart added 13 kills and 22 digs. |
