The Stockton men’s basketball team defeated Rutgers-Camden 82-54 in an NJAC home game.  The win over the Scarlet Raptors marked the 46th consecutive time that the Ospreys have beaten Rutgers-Camden since the 1983-84 season.  Jon Greene (Wildwood/Wildwood) dominated the paint with 18 points and seven rebounds.  Mario Lancioni (Runnemede/Triton) scored 13 markers while Chad Davis (Millville/Sacred Heart) added 10 points.
 
Stockton led by as many as 14 points in the opening stanza.  Jerome Hubbard (Neptune/Neptune) registered a steal and layup to put Stockton up 27-13 with 5:25 remaining in the half.  Rutgers-Camden closed the period with an 11-2 run to pull within 31-26. Greene led all players with 10 first-half points.
 
Stockton shot 57 percent and outscored Rutgers-Camden 51-28 in the second half.  Fran Kelly (Wildwood/Wildwood Catholic) scored all seven of his points during a 22-4 run that he capped with a three-pointer to put the Ospreys on top 63-42.  Stockton continued to pull away as Lancioni scored five consecutive points to spark a 9-0 spurt that ended with an 80-50 lead as the Ospreys cruised to the 82-54 win.
