The Stockton baseball team opened its 10-game stint in Cocoa Beach, Florida with a doubleheader sweep of Old Westbury by scores of 3-1 and 16-14.  The Ospreys pushed their current winning streak to three with the pair of victories.  Scott Fisher (Toms River/TR East) led Stockton with his pitching in the first game and his bat in the second game.
 
In the opener, the Ospreys trailed 1-0 before scoring one run apiece in the fifth, sixth and seventh innings for the 3-1 triumph.  Eddie Ortiz (Vineland/Vineland) and A.J. Senerchia (Lincroft/Middletown South) each went 2-3, and Ortiz added an RBI.  Fisher hurled a complete game, allowing one unearned run on two hits with eight strikeouts.
 
In the nightcap, Stockton trailed 11-1 after two innings but rallied for the 16-14 win.  The Ospreys took the lead with six runs in the fifth frame to pull ahead 15-11.  Fisher went 2-5 with a two-run triple in the third inning and a three-run home run in the fifth for a total of five RBI.  Chris Discher (Cherry Hill/CH West) was 2-4 with four runs and four RBI including a three-run double in the fifth inning that gave Stockton the lead for good in the 16-14 victory.
