The Stockton baseball team concluded its stay in Cocoa Beach with a sweep of Penn College by scores of 5-2 and 11-1. Pat Goodwin (Mays Landing/Holy Spirit) led the offense in game one with a three-hit performance that included a double and two RBI. Eddie Ortiz (Vineland/ Vineland) went 2-4 with a double and two RBI. Stockton took a 3-1 lead with a pair of runs in the top of the third and added insurance tallies in the fourth and sixth frames for the 5-2 win.

Chris Discher (Cherry Hill/CH West) sparked the Ospreys to an 11-1 win in the nightcap by going 3-5 with a double and three RBI. A.J. Senerchia (Lincroft/ Middletown South) went 2-3 with a double and three runs while Goodwin was 2-4 with a double and an RBI. Winning pitcher Amit Shah (Maple Shade/Maple Shade) allowed one run on five hits with six strikeouts. Stockton scored in all six of its offensive chances to bring the 10-run rule into effect after six innings.
